Review: About a Girl (Tess Brookes Series Book 1) by Lindsey Kelk

I was apprehensive of reading this new series by Lindsey Kelk as I enjoyed her I Heart series so much and didn’t think she would be able to produce another book that compared.

I finally got around to reading the book last month and am a little bit annoyed with myself that I didn’t read it sooner!I am glad that I finally bit the bullet to read this book as I enjoyed it more than I thought I was going to. As with all of her other chick lit books, Lindsey kept this book funny and light which made it an easy read once I had picked it up I didn’t want to put it down. The characters were just right for the book and their personalities felt as though they could be real people you would meet on a night out.If you are going on holiday and are looking for a book to throw into your suitcase for by the pool I would one hundred percent recommend this book.I am definitely looking forward to reading the next book in the series.- Stacey xo
