Some days I find that I struggle more than others. A while ago I had a playlist on my Ipod of songs which made me feel better when I was having one of my down times. My Ipod broke and I lost that playlist, so recently I have been building it back up again and I thought I would share it with you. 
I think music is a great way to help you to feel better and pick you up or just to spend some time reflecting on your own. – Stacey xo
