Charity Tuesday – How Many Do I Need to Count

I thought I would do something a little bit different for this charity Tuesday, I thought I would share a poem with you that a wrote a little while a go.https://youtu.be/ccQsLekebWs I think it is easy to think that once the physical side of abuse ends it is all over. But unfortunately that isn’t the care the psychological side of it still continues and this can for some people be worse than the abuse itself.One in ten young people in the UK are experiencing a mental health problem. It is no secret it is very hard to access the right help when it is needed. This is something that I can relate to as the first time I tried to access counselling through the NHS it took over 8 weeks to get to see someone.This is one of the reasons why I chose the Children’s Charity to raise money for as they help children with mental health issues.
