I thought I would get back into reviewing and sharing my thoughts on the films I have been watching. So my film for this week is Sing.Everyone who knows me knows I love a good kids film plus the school holidays have just started. What better film for this week than a film appropriate for everyone!Ever since I saw the trailer for Sing I knew I wanted to watch it, plus it is from the creators of Despicable Me (which is another film I love, yes I am definitely a child in an adults body) so I was already on to a winner.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wm7qEjEny0wThe story line itself is very easy to follow and you can’t really get lost with it – just think you are watching an animated version of Britain’s Got Talent or the X Factor and you are pretty much there. The sound track (to me) is great and you can definitely sing a long to it:Faith – Stevie WonderGimme Some Lovin’ – The Spencer Davis GroupThe Way I Feel Inside – Taron EgertonLet’s Face the Music and Dance – Seth MacFarlaneI Don’t Wanna – Scarlett Johansson, Beck BennettVenus – Reese Witherspoon, Nick KrollBamboleo – Gipsy KingsHallelujah – Tori KellyUnder Pressure – QueenShake It Off – Reese Witherspoon, Nick KrollI’m Still Standing – Taron EgertonSet It All Free – Scarlett JohanssonMy Way – Seth MacFarlaneDon’t You Worry ‘Bout A Thing – Tori KellyGolden Slumbers / Carry That Weight – Jennifer HudsonI would definitely recommend it, for a family night in or it would be perfect for a rainy day during the school holidays with some pop corn.
