I started going to the gym early last year and took some photos so that I could see the progress I made over time. I had forgotten about them until I was clearing out my phone the other day after I had come back from Norfolk.
The photo on the left is from February 2017 and the set on the right are from June 2018.Now I haven’t been going to the gym as much as I was last year, however I have stayed active and been going for long walks as well as keeping an eye on not eating as much junk. I felt as though I had put on a lot of weight whilst I was in Norfolk as well as not being able to do a lot of exercise because of breaking my foot.I was pleased when I could still look back and see that I have actually come quite a long way from when I had started focusing on losing weight and trying to tone up.Now that I have seen how far I have come I am looking forward to getting back into the gym and working towards my next goal!
