I think it is always important to challenge yourself, it is a good way to motivate yourself esppecially if you can visualise the end goal.

I have struggled to get myself motivated to get back in the gym and be more active.

Yesterday I saw the build up to the London Marathon and it led to me remembering being a part of it and actually completing the London Marathon in 2018.

I then ended up deciding that I should do another marathon, so I have signed up to complete the Brighton Marathon 2020. I have also set myself a little target of raising £500 for Cancer Research UK. I lost my Grandad in 2015 to Cancer and then in 2018 I also lost my Granny to cancer. My sponsorship page is:
