As we enter the month of June, it’s the perfect time to reflect on our goals for the month ahead. June is a month of warmth, sunshine, and new beginnings, so let’s make the most of it!
My personal goals for this month include getting more exercise, spending more time outside, and focusing on my mental health. I plan to start each morning with a walk or a jog, and spend at least 1 hour outside each day. As a result of focusing on exercising more, I hope to lose 5kh this month. I want to make sure I take time each day to meditate or practice mindfulness. I also want to get some reading done this month so I am aiming to read at least 3 books this month.
In addition to my personal goals, I also have some professional goals for the month. I have been working on relaunching my blog and bringing my YouTube channel back to life. As a result of this I am aiming to publish a video on my YouTube channel everyday. I am also aiming to have my new blog fully live this month.
