I have spent quite a bit of time mulling over what I want to work on this month. I have finally decided on the following goals:
1. Finish all my currently reading

Write it All Down by Cathy Rentzenbrink
This may seem like a lot of books however some of them I am quite close to finishing. I plan to improve my evening routine by swapping from scrolling social media before bed and instead reading one of the books I have on the go.
2. Lose 5kg
As much as I wish I could click my fingers and the excess weight disappear I know that isn’t going to happen. I have been making slow and steady changes to my diet which is definitely having a positive impact so I plan to keep this up this month as well as increasing the amount I exercise as well as the intensity of the exercise I do to help with the weightloss.
3. Exercise every day
I plan on increasing the exercise that I incorporate into my daily routine by starting with a morning walk with Bailey and going to the gym on alternate days after work. On the days I am not going to the gym I want to go for a longer less intensive walk. I also plan on completing the Park Run on Saturdays when I am not working.
4. Average 10k steps per day
I really want to make sure I keep my step count high as I find this to be a good indication of how active I have been during the day. As my job means I am sat down for the majority of the day I want to make the most of the time I have before and after work to build my step count as well as during my breaks.
5. Complete 2 diamond paintings
I find being creative a good way to keep my mental health in check as well. It is also something I enjoy doing in my spare time. Not to mention the number of diamond paintings I have waiting to be completed.
6. Publish 4 YouTube Videos
I have mentioned this so much and it is something I really want to get back in to. I also have a lot of video footage from holidays, days out, and just general life that is just sitting waiting to be edited I just need to dedicate some time to putting the videos together and uploading them.
